I completed this custom home in March of 2023. It has 1476 square feet  of living area with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. A one car garage and nice sized front and rear covered porches make this one-story home feel  just right. It has a nice open kitchen, dining and living room. The laundry room and closet space in this house are spacious and include custom built shelving. All cabinets are custom built with solid surface  counter tops. There is custom tile work throughout the home and all the  floors are natural color sealed concrete. The build time on this house was around 8 months from pouring the slab to the customer moving in.
